She gave great suggestions on how to tweak my invites to what I needed to provide all the info to my guests, after printing them they were even more beautiful in person!!

Frequently asked questions
Do you have any online printing service recommendations for your digital download invitation suites?
I'd recommend Prints of Love (https://bit.ly/2lCl2WV) Vistaprint (http://bit.ly/1ZrLA8A), Cards & Pockets (https://bit.ly/2RXlKgx), or CatPrint (https://bit.ly/2JsPQaf). Depending on which you select, I'll design the files according to those dimensions. For Vistaprint, for example, the RSVP card will need to be 5.5x4 (A2) instead of 3.5x5" (4BAR). (Same goes for that Details card.)
Vistaprint will likely be the most affordable, Cards & Pockets has the most reliable customer service, and CatPrint offers foil finishing.
All that said, if you happen to have a different method you'd like to use, I'm always happy to accommodate! No matter your choice, I will always design to your specific method's file specifications and do a test run for you.
What about a local printshop? I'm intimidated!
Don't be! Local printshops can be super accommodating. Yelp is a fantastic resource for finding one in your area.
I'd ask them for a quote for the following, in your quantity:
→ 5x7" Invitations // single-sided, full-color, at least 100lb. matte white cardstock with matching A7 euro-flap envelopes
→ 5x5" Details // double-sided, full-color, at least 100lb. matte white cardstock
→ 3.5x4.875" RSVP // single-sided, full-color, at least 100lb. matte white cardstock with matching A1 euro-flap envelopes
→ 8.5x11" Liner // single-sided, full-color, thin/"text"-weight white paper
You may even be able to find one that can foil-stamp the invitation for you, which will allow your names to be gold metallic – shines in the light, with a tactile feel!
I'm actually super down to try printing at home. What do you think?
Go for it! I can provide files that are "2-Up" (for the Invitation and Details card) and "4-Up" (RSVP) per 8.5x11" sheet of paper. Meaning: multiples files per sheet to save you paper! The files will come with and without cut guides for you to use to cut them down.
I'd recommend printing on heavy bright white uncoated cover weight cardstock, at least 100lb. An inkjet printer would be your best bet for the quality of the watercolor print, I would caution against printing on a laser printer.
I can always provide a sample so that you can try before you buy!
Where do I get the envelopes you have pictured in your listing invitation suite listings?
I'd recommend Paper Source (http://bit.ly/2hbOgIg, the one in the listing photo is A7 Night) or Cards and Pockets (http://bit.ly/2gVBAJc).
If you're printing at home or through a printshop, you'll need an A7 mailing envelope and 4Bar/A1 RSVP envelope. (The printshop may be able to provide that for you!)
If you're printing through Vistaprint, you'll need to order matching 5x7" and 5.5x4" envelopes.
But if I order the dark envelopes... how do I print the addresses on them?
Great question! It's tricky. If you're buying dark envelopes, I'd really recommend hiring a calligrapher, and asking them to letter in white or a light metallic ink (gold, silver, or rose gold).
If you'd like to hire *this* calligrapher, I offer envelope calligraphy here: http://etsy.me/2nzth6y.
I always recommend a custom rubber stamp for the return address – that way it can be stamped in white or light metallic on your mailing and/or RSVP envelope, and pretty much anything else! Super handy. I can help with that, if you want it to match your suite.
If you're set on digitally printing your addresses on the dark envelope, your most economical bet for the mailing address would be printing on a light color label and affixing.
The interior of the envelope is so lovely! How do I make the liner and what is that shimmery copper on the flap?!
The envelope liner can by DIY'ed! I provide a pattern on 8.5x11" sheet from which you can cut out the liner for your specific envelopes.
Print it on the lightest weight regular text-weight printer paper you can find (so as not to add to the weight and increase postage). Once you get your envelopes, use them to create a stencil, trace around it onto the printed watercolor pattern and cut out. An adhesive roller can adhere them to the flap.
If you're curious, you can check-out my Instagram for some in-process of cutting/affixing!
The look on the seal is actually just an optical illusion. :) It's the light above reflecting off of the glue on the flap.
Can I change the wording on the invitation suites?
I can definitely change up the wording as much or as little as you like!
Here's a little more info about how the design process works:
After you check-out, I'll send a detailed follow-up message that will include a link to a questionnaire I'll need you to fill out with all of your details. That's where you can list all of your exact wording for each piece!
All of your information will then be hand-lettered and updated by me. Your purchase includes three rounds of proofs -- an initial round (2-3 versions), plus 2 rounds of revisions. Once approved, your final print-ready files will be delivered via Dropbox link.
I love the style of your invitation suites, but my colors are different. Can we change those?
Currently the default is navy, but I'd be happy to paint a custom watercolor wash that matches your wedding colors for an additional fee of $40. I'd just need you to send me a swatch of the color you'd like me to match after check-out.
To check-out, select the number of pieces you'll need included from the "Pieces Included" drop-down menu in the sidebar, and add to your cart. Then navigate back to the listing, select "ADD-ON: New Swatch" from the "Pieces Included" drop-down menu in the sidebar and add it to your cart. Then check-out all at once.
Can you make a Save the Date that matches your invitation suites? A map? An additional reception card?
Yes! Yes! Yes!
The design fee for the Save the Date will be $60.
The fee for the map will depend on how involved your paticular map is.
An other additional inserts are generally $30.
